Hello, my name is Sarah Connell and I am a Coaching Psychologist, and owner of MindingMe Psychologists Ltd.
I specalise in Occupational Psychology, Business and Personal Coaching, drawing on extensive experience and evidence-based approahes, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help you to overcome challenges and reach your potential.
Supporting others has always been at the heart of what I do. At Minding Me Psychologist Ltd, my focus is on creating a supportive, understanding space, where you can feel heard, make sense of what you're going through, helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I am an expert in the Psychology of Coaching and use a range of advanced coaching techniques and models, applying them to life, health, business, and performance.
All of my work is centred around helping you to change aspects of your life that you are not satisfied with.

All of my work is done face to face OR online using -Zoom; FaceTime or Teams

As a trained Psychologist, I can help you to make sense of the difficulties you are facing and explore your responses to such situations. I do this in a supportive way, with some challenge when appropriate.
I firmly believe that we have the answers to our own problems within ourselves, however we can’t always see these clearly. When coaching, I work with you to facilitate the process of you finding these answers.
My work is grounded in psychological theory. I will share useful techniques or invite you to use certain tools if I think they will benefit you.

I tailor my coaching approach to your needs. The general structure is to work with you to:
-Increase your self-awareness and clarify your goals
-Identify and understand any self-limiting beliefs and behaviours
-Challenge these limiting thoughts and behaviours by practicing more helpful strategies
-Review progress and action plan for sustained change
